How we got here.

QPV's quantitative valuation framework comes from inside banking. A decade of equity market risk and regulatory capital experience across HSBC, JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, and Societe Generale gave us direct exposure to how banks actually price assets, and where property valuation falls short of those standards.
