1. Who we are

Sweven Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, trading as Quant Property Valuation ("QPV", "we", "us"). Our registered office and data operations are based in Hong Kong SAR. For any privacy-related enquiry contact admin@quantpv.com.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal data we collect through our website at quantpv.com and through direct communication (email, contact form). It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

3. What we collect

Via our contact form and direct email correspondence, we may collect: name, email address, company name, role, and any content you voluntarily include in your message. We also collect standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider.

4. How we use it

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide product demos and access requests you have requested
• Send follow-up communication strictly relevant to your enquiry

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not use automated decision-making on personal data.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of (a) your consent when you submit the contact form, and (b) our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

6. Retention

We retain contact-form enquiry data for 24 months from the date of your last interaction, after which it is deleted. Server log data is retained for 90 days.

7. Third parties

Our website is served by Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, email routing) and Netlify (hosting). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We use Google Tag Manager to load tags conditionally, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate site usage. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. These providers may process technical data (IP address, request headers, device type, page paths) per their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party marketing trackers.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use two categories of cookies and similar storage:

• Strictly necessary (e.g., session and security). Always active.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager). Active by default for every visitor. Stores a Google Analytics identifier so we can measure aggregate visit patterns. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

We do not load advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies.

If you do not want analytics cookies to load on your browser, you can opt out: opt out of analytics on this browser. The opt-out is stored locally and applies on your next page load. To re-enable, click opt back in.

Google Consent Mode v2 is used to signal your preference to Google before any analytics tag fires.

9. Your rights (PDPO)

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for future communication

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@quantpv.com. We will respond within 40 days as required under the PDPO.

10. International transfers

Your data may be stored and processed on Cloudflare and Netlify infrastructure located outside Hong Kong. By using our website and contact form, you consent to such transfers. We rely on the providers' contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
